Luxury Golf Trips to Scotland

Scotland golf trips don't have to be all about the golf. The golf lovers will always appreciate playing and experiencing the luxurious championship courses,  however  Scotland can also offer spectacular views of the countryside and historic landmarks that are scattered around this beautiful country. A Scottish vacation should always be a blend of the two and Scotia Golfing will always ensure that this is the case. Fortunately there are many fantastic courses in Scotland that are within a stones-throw from a historic site.

Taking ‘The’ Trip

For years Scotland has been the golfing Mecca of the world and thankfully this should never change. It is the country that created the game and still offers many of the world's best courses. The golfing paradise of St Andrews is always the most renowned location however throughout the country there are many fantastic courses. From Royal Dornoch and Castle Stuart in the north, to Turnberry and Royal Troon in the west and of course Gleneagles in the centre (there are countless more that we highly recommend that have not been mentioned). If you are planning a vacation then a golf trip to Scotland should be top of your list.

The Name that Speaks

One of the most popular and prestigious golfing destinations is St. Andrews, often referred to as the “home of golf” and this is a place not to miss. The demand is however always extremely high so early planning of your vacation is recommended. One big feature of the luxurious Scotland golf trips is that if desired, many of the luxury resorts can accommodate non-golfing family members. This means that there is something for the whole family to make it a vacation to remember, even if they don't play golf (booking some tuition and learning how to play is also a possibility).

So the bottom line is that any passionate golfer will enjoy a luxurious golf vacation and why not, we all need break from our busy schedules.
